How many people can stay in one room? All of our suites have one bed (Queen/King) suitable for 2 guests per suite. There are a couple of suites with sleeper-sofas that can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Are we allowed to smoke in our rooms? No smoking is allowed. Should evidence of smoking be detected in your room, a deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. Do you allow pets at your Hotel? We do, we have a couple of pet friendly suites. Fee: $150 per dog, max 85 pounds. Do you offer room service? Unfortunately our kitchen remains closed, inhibiting us to provide room service. We can provide assistance regarding placing a food order outside the hotel and having the food delivered directly to the room. What is the service charge? The service charge helps reward our staff members for their tireless efforts. Gratuities are shared among the hotel staff. You do not have to tip any hotel staff. Is parking free? There is a $54 fee for parking, not including taxes and the service charge. Parking is private and located within the property. Is there WiFi in my suite? Yes, there is WiFi in all of our suites. Is there a cancellation policy? Yes there is. The standard cancellation policy is 24 hours before check-in. I have entered my card details while making reservations, is it safe? Yes it is perfectly safe to enter your credit card information on our booking engine. Do you charge for cancellations? There is no charge, unless a guest cancels outside of the cancellation policy. May I make my reservation by phone? Yes, you may call at the hotel at your convenience, we have a 24-hrs concierge service that can guide you and answer all of your questions. What is your check-in/ checkout time? Check-in starts at 3:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am Do you have meeting or event rooms? We have three event spaces available, that can be booked independently and be completely private or as a whole and have three different settings. At this moment, we are offering the space only, including tables and chairs. We do not provide media equipment or catering.
